For items under £100, standard delivery (usually FedEx/Royal Mail 1st Class) is available at £6 per order. Standard delivery takes approximately 1-2 working days from the point at which it has been dispatched.

In some cases, there may be an additional delivery charge required if an item is too heavy to be shipped by Royal Mail. This is due to surcharges that we are charge by our couriers to ship to these areas. Please contact us for prices on your specific postcode.
Please note: Delivery times quoted above do not include dispatch times. If you pay for standard delivery this will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class/FedEx or a next-day courier service, but it will still often take 2-3 days to dispatch. Items that we do not stock are ordered on an order-by-order basis and these can take 4-5 working days before dispatch. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
Should you not be satisfied with any products ordered from FindElectricalProducts.co.uk, you can return them within 14 days providing they are in an 'as new' and resaleable condition, and with all the packaging and accompanying documentation intact, for a full refund. Please note, once an item has been installed we are unable to accept returns at full retail value unless the item itself is faulty.
We reserve the right to refund less than the amount paid for the item if it is damaged or not resaleable when we receive it back. Refunds can only be fulfilled once the item has been received at our returns address. For your security and peace of mind, we recommend purchasing an insured method of postage for the return, as if we do not receive the item or if it is damaged, we will not be able to refund any money.
For items that you are returning which are not faulty, you must pay the return postage.
All products come with a one-year warranty, while specific manufacturers will also include longer warranties on certain items. In these cases, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to enforce the warranty and we cannot be liable for any issues that arise during that process. We are, however, happy to work with manufacturers to assist you in these cases.
